This wonderfully flavoured olive oil is made by cold pressing organically grown Arbequina olives from Catalunya.
This is then mixed with the oil obtained from pressing fresh lemon peel from Murcia. This produces an oil with an incredible depth of flavour, more stable than an infused oil and also retaining its vitamins, minerals and antioxidants.
Most flavoured oils on the market are infused with their flavour, these are not. No additives, flavourings or colours - just olive oil and lemons! Try it on salads and in dressings. Drizzle it on carpaccios or on fish and seafood. 225ml.
