Unlike most flavoured oils on the market, these oils are not infused. A light, peppery extra virgin olive oil is made by cold-pressing organically-grown Arbequina olives from Catalunya. This is then mixed with the oil obtained from pressing fresh basil leaves from Andalucia. This produces an oil with an incredible depth of flavour, more stable than an infused oil and also retaining its vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants. No additives, flavourings or colours - just olive oil and basil! Try it in salads and dressings for vegetables, cheeses such as Mozzarella, tomatoes, and in making pesto. A taste of summer sunshine.
These bottles are made of fully recyclable aluminum with 100% biodegradable labels (made from all natural ingredients). And for each Azada product sold a tree is planted!
