OAK SMOKED IBERICO CHORIZO FROM ASTURIAS

These oak smoked Iberico chorizo sticks are made high in the Asturian side of the Picos de Europa mountains. They are first lightly smoked over oak and then cured in the dry, cool mountain air. Our supplier, Embuastur, uses high quality iberico meat, together with Iberico panceta, paprika and spices, giving the chorizo a unique flavour. When fully cured, they are vacuum-packed to preserve their flavour and freshness.
Ready for slicing and eating on its own, in a sandwich, or as part of an assorted charcuterie platter.
