OAK SMOKED IBERICO CHORIZO FROM ASTURIAS

From Embuastur, our supplier of smoked chorizo, comes this oak-smoked Iberico chorizo stick. The chorizos are made high in the Asturian part of the Picos de Europa mountains. They are first lightly smoked over oak and then cured in the dry air. Our supplier uses high quality iberico meat, together with Iberico panceta, paprika and spices, giving it a unique flavour. When fully cured, they are vacuum-packed to preserve their flavour and freshness.
