This aromatic Moscatel sherry vinegar is made from Moscatel and Palomino grapes. It is aged for two years in oak barrels. Rich, smooth and highly perfumed, with notes of honey and orange blossom. The flavour has hints of stone fruit and raisins. Its bitter-sweet flavour is delicious on salads, or try it on duck and other game dishes too.
El Majuelo is a fifth generation family run company, based in Jerez, Andalucia, and offering fine wine and vinegars since 1864.
