Description
Picual olives are the most widely grown variety in Spain, traditionally cultivated in Andalucia in the south of Spain. Picual oil has a full bodied texture and strong flavour. It also has a high percentage of healthy oleic acids, which can exceed 80% of its fat content. It is a perfect olive oil for frying, sauteeing and baking. The oil is presented in a small beautifully decorated tin with modern design inspired by the renowned Spanish artist Pablo Picasso.
