This is a new craze in Spain. Pitted marinated green olives, so delicious that they are called 'Chupadedos', which means 'Lick your Fingers'. Or as in the famous advert for a certain fast-food company, Finger-licking good!
They are marinated with red pepper, garlic and herbs, olive oil and wine vinegar, and also with two minerals, zinc and copper. From our new supplier of olives, La Explanada.
