Torre de Nuñez has a reputation for producing impeccable Serrano ham. They use traditional methods overseen by their master meat producer. More patience and time is needed during curing because 25% less salt is used in the process overall. Because of this, the ham is healthier as well as sweeter and more mellow. It has a complex aroma and marbled texture. Enjoy it with our Picos artesanos (mini breadsticks) as an accompaniment, or as part of a charcuterie platter with other meats, olives and condiments like our pickled figs.
