These high quality enamelled induction pans have a thicker iron filled base than traditional steel pans. This makes them perfect for use on induction hobs. The special base is flat, which means they form a tight surface with the hob and cook evenly. This also makes them great for ceramic hobs - and they can be used in the normal way on electric and gas hobs too.

They also have an enamelled coating which makes the surface less prone to sticking. And much less likely to rust than their traditional steel counterparts!
