This Iberico salami stick is made by Embuastur, our supplier of smoked charcuterie in Asturias, northern Spain. These salamis are made high in the Picos de Europa mountains. They are cured in the dry mountain air, before being vacuum-packed to preserve their freshness and flavour.
Ready for slicing and eating on its own, in a sandwich, or as part of an assorted charcuterie platter.
