One of Spain’s finest delicacies is Pata Negra Iberico ham. Descended from the Iberian wild boar, these pure-bred, black-footed Iberico pigs feed on acorns and mixed grains, allowing the rich oleic acid from the acorns to infiltrate the meat, giving it its distinct rich, melt in the mouth quality

The pigs spend their later months grazing free range on Dehesas of Extremadura. Ours are supplied by Bernardo Hernandez, an award-winning family company in Guijuelo in Salamanca and holder of multiple awards. Read about the Producer here
