Nutty, melt-in-the-mouth vacuum-packed off the bone Pata negra ham. This is from pure-bred Iberico pigs, descended from wild boar. They are fed on mixed grains including acorns in the oak forests around Guijuelo in Salamanca. As a result of its breed, lifestyle and feeding, the meat has a distinct rich, nutty, melt in the mouth quality. Allow the ham to reach room temperature so that its flavours can be released and fully appreciated.
