Description
Nutty, melt-in-the-mouth vacuum-packed off the bone Pata negra ham. This is from pure-bred Iberico pigs, descended from wild boar. They are fed on mixed grains including acorns in the oak forests around Guijuelo in Salamanca. As a result of its breed, lifestyle and feeding, the meat has a distinct rich, nutty, melt in the mouth quality. Allow the ham to reach room temperature so that its flavours can be released and fully appreciated. This large block of jamon is perfect to slice with a long thin ham knife or on a slicing machine.
