These are encapsulated drops of extra virgin olive oil infused with Iberico ham. They give an intense rich 'taste explosion' in the mouth. What an exciting way to enhance any gastronomic experience!
The capsules are made from a seaweed base. Suitable for hot or cold dishes. The capsule stays intact up to 100ºC so add only after the meal is cooked as a finishing touch.
