This pate is hand made in Toledo by La Cuna, an artisan producer of gourmet foods. Made using Iberico pork liver, with naturally sweet Pedro Ximenez style sherry, leeks and spices. This creates a luxurious flavour.
These gourmet pates are beautifully presented in a glass jar, decorated with a paper bonnet, hand stamped label and wax seal.
