LA CUNA IBERICO DE BELLOTA PATE WITH SHERRY
WITH PEDRO XIMENEZ SHERRY & SPICES, 85G & 180G
This pate is hand-made using acorn-fed Iberico pork liver (Iberico de Bellota). The addition of naturally-sweet Pedro Ximenez-style sherry, leeks, spices and salt creates a luxurious flavour. These gourmet pates are then beautifully presented in a glass jar, and decorated with a paper bonnet, hand-stamped label and wax seal.
