PASTEURISED MIXED MILK CHEESE, 3KG
This is a large round of cured Iberico cheese, made using a blend of pasteurised cow, sheep and goat milks. The cheese is made in Castilla y Leon and cured in the traditional way for 8 to 9 months to create an incredible depth of flavour. It pairs well with cured meats such as Serrano ham. chorizo, salami and lomo. Perfect to use to prepare sauces for fish and pasta, or even enjoy it deliciously melted on toast!
