This is a pack of assorted slices of Iberico ham, chorizo and cured loin from Pata Negra (black foot) pigs. These pigs are descended from wild boar, and are fed on a mixed diet, including acorns, in central Spain near Salamanca. A great way to sample the nutty flavour and rich texture of this famous Spanish product! And perfect for a picnic or charcuterie platter.
