These are a tin of piquillo peppers stuffed with a bechamel sauce flavoured with hake and prawns. These triangular shaped sweet peppers are first roasted and their skins removed. They are the perfect shape to be filled with a bechamel sauce.
The 4 to 5 peppers per tin are in a rich tomato sauce. They are ready to heat and serve as a delicious starter or tapas dish.
