A small round of medium hard pasteurised goats milk cheese coated in fragrant rosemary leaves. The mild flavour of the goats cheese is enhanced by the rosemary, making a lovely combination of flavours. The rennet is of microbial origin, making it suitable for vegetarians.
This cheese is delicious as part of a cheeseboard. Try it served with our delicious fig and almond wedges, or with a crunchy apple!
