A small round of medium-hard pasteurised goat's milk cheese with black truffle (Tuber indicum).
A semi-hard cheese made from 100% goat’s milk from the pastures of Murcia. This cheese has a smooth, creamy taste which perfectly pairs with the earthy fragrance of fine black truffle. The flecks of real truffle can be seen running through this cheese which allows both the cheese and the truffle to complement each other perfectly, without one overpowering the other. The cheese has a natural rind coated with a layer of truffle oil!
Truffle cheese makes the perfect addition to any cheese board. Why not try Grating and sprinkle over pasta or other hot dishes to add a sublime taste!
