Three sizes of gas burner are available depending on the size of your paella pan.
Choose a one ring (30cm) burner for pans up to 42cm in diameter. The two ring (50cm) burner is for pans from 42cm to 50cm. And the three ring (70cm) burner is for pans from 70cm to 100cm.
Each gas burner is designed for even heat distribution.
We recommend using this gas burner with one of our two types of adjustable tripod. The silver tripod is for the one and two ring burners (30cm and 50cm in size). It carries up to 40kg in weight.
While the more sturdy red tripod is for the two or three ring gas burners (50cm and 70cm in size). This holds up to 75kg in weight.
