They give a “taste explosion” in the mouth, giving unique aromas to the palate. The fruity aroma and floral notes are ideal with salads, salmon or even chocolate!

The capsule is made from a seaweed base so suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Suitable for hot or cold dishes. The capsule stays intact up to 100ºC so add only after the meal is cooked as a finishing touch.
