Etxenike Iberico ham pate is a gourmet delicacy that combines the rich, nutty flavour of Iberico ham with the smooth, luxurious texture of a traditional pate. Iberico ham is known as one of Spain’s finest and most celebrated products. It comes from the black Iberian pig and is renowned for its intense flavour, marbling, and melt-in-the-mouth texture.

The ham is carefully ground then mixed with cream, resulting in a pate that is both spreadable and rich in texture. Minimal seasoning is used as the ham itself is so flavourful.
