Introducing our new range of exceptional artisan-made pates from the renowned Spanish producer 'Etxenike'. Based in the Pyrenean town of Burguete, Etxenike are dedicated to the traditional production of high quality, gourmet pates.
Etxenike goose mousse pate is made with free range geese.
The tender goose meat in this gourmet pate has a light, airy and buttery texture thanks to the addition of whipped goose cream and goose fat. The flavour is complex and elegant with a gentle gamey taste from the goose. The addition of a little Port gives a rich sweetness.
To help balance the richness of the pate accompany with sweet and tangy elements such as:
- fruit preserves
- chutneys
- cornichons
