A smooth and richly flavoured 60% cocoa and Bourbon vanilla drinking chocolate bar, to be used for hot chocolate or as a cooking chocolate in desserts or savoury dishes.
They are from Simón Coll in Barcelona, a master chocolatier since 1840. There are three flavours available, all presented in a beautifully illustrated paper wrap with instructions helpfully printed on the inside.
