Description
This coupage blend extra virgin olive oil is in a pretty, narrow-shaped tin. It shows part of a painting of Don Quixote and Sancho Panza on horseback. In Cervantes' book, Don Quixote tilted at windmills on the plains of Castilla la Mancha. And that is where this oil comes from, within sight of these famous windmills! Garcia de la Cruz have developed a delicious extra virgin olive oil blended each year specifically to balance the flavours of peppery Picual, fruity Hojiblanca and grassy Arbequina olives. It is high in oleic acid and the oil is very stable when heated, making it perfect for frying, sauteing and baking.
Pairs well with:
FRAGRANT ARBEQUINA & PEPPERY PICUAL OILS, 2 x 100ML
