Desferas Chilli Olive Oil Pearls Pearls are encapsulated drops of extra virgin olive oil infused with chilli, designed to add gentle heat and visual interest to finished dishes. Each pearl has a liquid centre that releases flavour on the palate.

Ideal for use with salads, pizzas, roasted vegetables, grilled meats, eggs, and tapas. The pearls provide controlled bursts of chilli‑infused olive oil and are best used as a finishing touch.

The capsule is made using a seaweed base, making the pearls suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Suitable for hot or cold dishes. The capsule stays intact up to 60°C, so add only after cooking.
