SPICY COOKING CHORIZO, 1KG
A spicy, unsmoked "Parrilla" cooking chorizo from the small town of San Justo de la Vega. These Chorizo Oreado Dulce are air-cured for 7-10 days in the mountains of Picos de Europa. Made with the same succulent ingredients as our Chorizos de Leon, but with a softer texture.
These 1kg packs are very popular for grilling or BBQs.
As these chorizo sausages are cured, but not cooked, we recommend keeping them refrigerated prior to cooking.
