This string of six award winning sausages are produced by a family business in Rioja, in Northern Spain. They have been established for over a hundred years, originally founded in a small village on the route of the 'Camino de Santiago'. Made using only pork loin, paprika, garlic and salt without added preservatives or additives, they are healthier and delicious with a clean aroma and meaty texture. They are perfect cut into thick coins and lightly fried, or they can be enjoyed in casseroles, soups and stews.
