'Cebollitas' are tiny little onions, lightly pickled in vinegar. They can be eaten as they are, perhaps as part of a ploughman's lunch. Or make a simple marinade of olive oil, vinegar and herbs and add some onions to green and black olives. These pickled capers are part of our own-brand range of olives and pickles, developed in conjunction with our supplier of olives, Jose Lou in Aragon.
