Description
This little taster set contains three 20g jars of olive oil pearls: Arbequina extra virgin olive oil, chilli and basil. These olive oil pearls will enhance any gastronomic experience.They have an intense flavour and look a little like caviar. They give a 'taste explosion' in the mouth bringing unique aromas to the palate.
The name 'Caviaroli' is taken from the word 'oli' which means oil in Catalan, together with 'caviar'. The capsule is made from a seaweed base so suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
They are suitable for hot or cold dishes, but the capsule only stays intact up to 60ºC so add after the meal is cooked as a finishing touch. We have larger sizes of each, together with a fragrant 'White truffle' flavour. So once you've tried them you can buy a larger version of your favourite!
