Cantabrian anchovies are recognised as the finest flavoured in the world. These are lightly salted and hand-packed in olive oil in a small tin. Because they are only gently salted they only have a short shelf-life. However, this relative lack of salt makes them plump and particularly delicious. They are completely different from most anchovies you will have tasted previously.

Fantastic eaten on toast as a canape, or in salads, for example, a classic Caesar salad.
