Try these lovely Cantabrian anchovy banderillas from Santoña, on the northern coast of Spain. The port of Santoña has a great fishing tradition. Their port is regarded as one of the most important in the north of the Spanish mainland. Its tradition for making high-quality anchovy fillets has resulted in this town being called the “Cradle of the Anchovy”.

Each cocktail stick has a superior-quality marinated white anchovy fillet with red pepper, a green olive and a baby onion. This makes for a tasty appetiser with a glass of white wine, dry sherry or Vermouth, or as a snack with a martini. We recommend them with our picos artesanos (mini breadsticks).

Each recyclable glass jar contains six cocktail sticks.
