These Boquerones are top-quality large fresh white anchovies from the Cantabrian Sea. They are filleted and then marinated in vinegar before being hand packed in olive oil, in a boxed tin.

We tasted a lot of anchovies to find ones as good as these, so we are not surprised that they won a  gold medal in the Great Taste Awards! The judges said: "Plump, juicy and succulent fillets with a freshness on the finish"
