Each one is distinctively flavoured and artisan-crafted using fruits, nuts and spices to enhance the flavours of specific kinds of cheeses. Ripe figs provide just the right amount of sweetness, while lightly roasted, creamy Australian macadamia nuts and a contrasting note of Jamaican allspice perfectly complement the pungent qualities of blue cheese. This artisan-created condiment is made to be eaten with blue cheeses like Roquefort, Gorgonzola, Stilton or our Valdeon Picos Blue Cheese.
