Gourmet basil olive oil pearls: drops of extra virgin olive oil infused with basil oil and a touch of sundried tomato. They are encapsulated in a sphere made with a seaweed base. The delicious flavour of basil is released onto the palate, enhancing any gastronomic experience! These are ideal with tomatoes, salads, soups and grilled vegetables.

The capsule is made from a seaweed base so suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Suitable for hot or cold dishes. The capsule stays intact up to 60ºC so add only after the meal is cooked as a finishing touch.
