This is a premium product: wild, line-caught extra-quality Atlantic cod loin, boneless and preserved in salt. Bacalao Salado (Salt Cod) is known for being big in flavour. It’s traditionally popular in Spain for the holiday season, during Lent, and on meat-free Fridays throughout the year. It’s definitely something to try if you’re looking for something a little different! The salt cod is conveniently packed in ~450g units, which serve 3-4 people, depending on the recipe used.
