Winner of the 'Best Imported Speciality' in the UK in 2013, this is one of a range of multi-award-winning top quality virgin nut oils from Azada, produced by first lightly roasting the nuts to bring out their flavour, then cold-pressing them in the traditional way to produce a great flavoured oil. These pistachios come from Albacete in Castilla, and produce a flavour the judges called 'Pistachio Heaven!' The opaque glass bottle helps to preserve the quality of the oil. Blends well with our Balsamic Chardonnay wine vinegar for salads, and is delicious on cheese, avocados and with beef - try drops of it on a carpaccio with Parmesan and rocket!
