One of our range of La Cuna pates hand-made in Toledo using traditional artisan methods. This Artichoke mousse or 'delicia de alcachofa' is made from artichokes, olive oil, peanuts and garlic which are then blended into a fine mousse. Making a luxurious treat which is suitable for vegans! The pate is then beautifully presented in an ornate glass jar and decorated with a paper bonnet and wax seal.
