First cold pressed Arbequina olive oil is made using nutty Arbequina olives from Catalunya. In two sizes, tins of 250ml and a plastic bottle of 5 litres. Delicate, with a grassy aroma, fruity flavour and a mildly peppery finish, it is perfect for salad dressings, fish and seafood and for dipping - or it can be used as a substitute for butter in desserts. It is also the perfect oil for making mayonnaise and is the one we use in our Alioli.
