The classic refined flavour of Spanish Extra-Virgin arbequina olive oil in a pioneering format. These olive oil pearls enhance any gastronomic experience. Caviaroli olive oil pearls are encapsulated drops of the finest arbequina extra virgin olive oil complementing many dishes flavour and aesthetic appeal. The name Caviaroli stems from the spheres of pure oil which possess the same texture as caviar; they create a “taste explosion” in the mouth, leaving unique aromas and intensity on the palate. The fruity aroma, and floral notes are ideal with salads, salmon or even chocolate! The capsule is made from a seaweed base so suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Suitable for hot or cold dishes; the capsule stays intact up to 60ºC.
