Arbequina olives have a delicious nutty flavour. When made into olive oil they produce a light, peppery and grassy oil. This extra virgin olive oil is perfect for salad dressings, in a marinade or drizzled over pasta. It can also be used as a substitute for butter in desserts - very useful in vegan cooking.
The oil is presented in a 5-litre recycled PET bottle. Perfect for catering, and especially good used in making mayonnaise, such as our Alioli.
