ALCAPARRAS: SMALL PICKLED CAPERS
SURFINE SIZE CAPERS 7-8MM, 260G
These are small Surfine size capers, lightly pickled in vinegar, perfect for adding to all sorts of dishes. Their most well-known use is probably in tartare sauce. They are also an ingredient in a beurre noisette for fish. And an essential ingredient in a tapenade, in pasta sauces like 'Puttanesca' or in sauces for red meats. These pickled capers are part of our own-brand range of olives and pickles, developed in conjunction with our supplier of olives, Jose Lou in Aragon.
