These steel induction pans feature a special iron filled flat base making them great for induction hobs. The special base is flat, giving a tight fit with the hob so that the food cooks evenly. It also means they work well with ceramic hobs. And they can be used on regular electric or gas hobs too.
We have three sizes: 30cm (4 servings), 34cm (6 servings) and 38cm (8 servings).
In general it is better to get a larger size, and depending on how many servings you need, adjust the depth of the paella to suit!
