

White Asparagus with Salsa Romesco
Simple and delicious!
Generously spread our Salsa Romesco on thick cut toasted ciabatta bread.
Lay the halved asparagus lay on top and garnish with a rocket leaf to serve.

Tuna stuffed avocado
Mix tuna, mayonnaise, spring onions, red pepper, and a little balsamic vinegar.
Season with pepper and garlic salt, then stuff the avocado halves with the mixture.
Garnish with spring onions and a pinch of black pepper.
Patatas Bravas
Use whole small new potatoes or roughly cubed potatoes.
Boil the potatoes until cooked but still firm, sauté in olive oil until the skins are crispy.
Sprinkle with parsley to serve. Warm the salsa brava and serve with or on the potatoes.

Spicy mini chorizos in red wine
Sauté a chopped onion and garlic clove in olive oil.
Add chorizos, once fully browned add a glass of red wine and tablespoon of honey, cook for 5 minutes.
Sprinkle with parsley.
