Consorcio de los Quesos Tradicionales

El Consorcio de los Quesos Tradicionales de España was founded when ten traditional cheese farms joined forces to create a consortium. In joining forces, the consortium is able to offer traditional, artisan products to a wider and more diverse customer base. The group has now been established for over 25 years; and bring a wealth of combined expertise and tradition to each individual cheese. The individual farms are steeped in history, most still using traditional artisan methods. The cheeses are produced to time honoured provincial methods often adapted over centuries for the regional cultures and microclimates.
