Turron is a sweet delicacy, a kind of almond nougat, originally brought to Spain by the Arabs. Soft turron (also called Turron Blando) is made using a mixture of almonds and honey beaten together to form a paste, then bound with a little egg white into a bar. Great eaten as it is, or delicious in desserts and mixed into an ice-cream.


Ingredients: Toasted almonds (60%), sugar, glucose syrup, honey (13%), egg white and wafers (potato starch, refined sunflower oil).
