One of a range of game pates from Toledo in central Spain, this is made using wild boar and pork liver with the addition of truffle and a little Armagnac.

 

Ingredients: Wild boar meat 25%, lean pig liver, pig fat, milk, eggs, truffle 3%, Armagnac 1%, salt, white pepper, stabiliser E450 and preservative E250.
Allergy advice: contains milk and eggs.
