One of a range of game pates from Toledo in central Spain, this is made using Venison meat and pork liver with the addition of truffle and a little Armagnac.

 

Ingredients: Venison meat 20%, lean pig liver, pig fat, milk, eggs, truffle, Armagnac, salt, white pepper and preservative E250.
