One of our own range of Canary Island salsas created using our own recipe, this is a mildly spicy sauce made using green peppers, extra-virgin olive oil and sherry vinegar, mixed with garlic, green chillies, coriander and parsley, with a little salt and sugar to bring out the flavour. Fantastic served with fish and shellfish as well as vegetables. With no added preservatives or artificial flavourings, this brings an authentic taste of the Canary Islands to your home!
Ingredients: Green peppers (45%), extra virgin olive oil, water, herbs (coriander, parsley) (9%), sherry vinegar (sulphites), purple garlic (purple garlic, salt, citric acid), sugar, green chillies (4%), corn-flour, salt, emulsifier Xanthan gum.Allergy advice: contains sulphites.
