This luxurious pate is hand-made using pork liver from acorn-fed black foot pigs (Iberico de Bellota Pata Negra) with the addition of naturally-sweet Pedro Ximenez-style sherry, leeks, spices and salt, from an artisan producer of gourmet products in Toledo.

 

Ingredients: Iberico pork liver, Iberico fat, leeks, Pedro Ximenez style sherry, salt, black pepper and cinnamon.
