Fabada Asturiana 425g





Fabada Asturiana is the flagship dish of the region of Asturias in northern Spain, and this recipe has been created by Jesus Sanchez, a Michelin-starred chef in Asturias! It is a stew made using Fabes beans from 'La Granja' (a town famous for growing these special beans), together with chorizo, morcilla and Iberico panceta pieces, olive oil, paprika and saffron. Ready to eat, just requires re-heating.


Ingredients: Fabes beans, water, chorizo (pork, beef, bacon, paprika, garlic, salt, dextrin, sugar, soy vegetable protein, stabiliser E451 and natural smoke), black pudding (bacon, onion, fat, blood, paprika, salt, oregano and natural smoke) cured Iberico pork belly (Iberico pork belly, salt, preservatives E252, E250) ham, olive oil, salt, sweet paprika and saffron.
